Observing my environment

The people that's surrounds me looks happy at eating at this fastfood place, "Jolly's". Every person I look at is eating "Jolly's" Chicken Joy. This dish is their signature and main dish. Because of the scrumptious smell of the chicken, it will lure you to ordering and eating it.
It is a crispy fried chicken and when you took a bite of it, you'll taste the juiciness of the chicken. The crispiness of the chicken's skin is like the main course of the whole meal.

The negative side of this restaurant  is that they copy the other dish of their opponent, McDonalds. The nuggets, cokefloats to flavored fries and breakfast meals like sausage patty. This shows that filipino is really a copy cat. I dont get why they need to copy the things that they dont have. I mean envy restaurant should have a unique dish.

My Comment on Jollibee's New Invention

I ordered Hashbrown Burger.
Im soo curious that I rushed to go Jollibee.
My first bite, I first tasted the Hashbrown.
In the middle of the hashbrown bun like is the ordinary burger patty with cheese and ketchup.
The patty is not that tasteful.
Its not a powerful mean they invented.
2 out of 10.
I hate it.

What's going on in my mind right now?

So many things is happening in my mind.
Its like a traffic on an expressway.
Like a traffic of planes on the sky.
so many things are happening,
Like a riot in my mind,
Problems, memories, imaginations that need to imagine are mixed.
Not organized, hard to understand like a scribbled letters.
Its like a lazy handwriting, a doctor's hand writing.
Hard to read and understand.
Somethings blocking the way to saying "I got it!"

The word "Culinary"

Culinary is the art and science of food. Food has so many styles and ideas that are made and can be made. Food is so deep. There are many widely ideas that can be made. Food can explode different taste in your mouth. That's what I love about this topic. It is so wide. you can experiment with different ingredients. 

Food makes people happy. That's why there are obesity. For me, obesity is not that bad. But it's bad for your health. Everyone enjoys eating. Specially if your eating a flavorful dish that even you drunk water, you can still feel and taste what you ate. I call it "aftershock". Feeling the aftershock is the best! It's makes you happy. Its like  having a flashback on happy memories. It'll make you smile.

Im new at Blogging so don't have any idea what I will put here. My blog's name is about food so I need to write about food. haha.

Why I'm doing this?
First, my brother told me to blog to improve my writing. Second, I'm impress of those who write about food and I wanna critic what I ate or what I'll eat. Btw, sorry if there's a wrong grammar or use of words. Yes, I am a Mass Comm Student but I don't have passion on my course that I'm taking and I started as a lazy student who spent a day at her bed. Yes, I'm that lazy. But I'm changing and I wanna change for the better.I wanna be a better person. Its too late that I want to take Culinary Arts then Mass Communication. Actually, I really love MC last year. Mass Communication is like my LIFE. Its my passion. But my interest in this course vanished because what I really liked here vanished into thin air. Sounds corny or harsh but it really is. What vanished? Well, its pretty long to tell so Ill write it in my next blog or two :)

Ok, let's start at my present shall we?
I LOVE CULINARY. It's my passion. It's actually my wallpaper in my phone :D I'm addicted to it. I love food. Food is soo unique. Its like when two chefs going to bake a Chocolate Cake, the two cakes still has a unique taste to technique to make. Why? Because the chefs has a different technique or different hand weight. That's the uniqueness. It depends who cooked it or what they put in it.
Actually, I've never cooked a "serious" dish. Just just tried Sinigang na Baboy, Hotdog, Beefsteak, Scrambled Egg and Sunnyside Up. Yeah. Ill tell you why on my next blog ;)
